Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026 — This policy applies to 100KGAMES (https://100kgames.com), operated by the 100KGAMES team.
1. Who we are
100KGAMES is a free online games portal. You can play browser games instantly without downloading software or creating an account. This page explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
We do not require registration and we do not ask you to provide personal information to play. The following data is processed when you use the site:
- Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting keeps technical logs (IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps) for a limited period. We use them only for security, troubleshooting and aggregate traffic statistics.
- Language preference cookie. A small functional cookie stores the site language you select, so the site opens in your language next time.
- Cookies set by third parties. As described in Section 3 (advertising) and Section 4 (embedded games), third parties may place cookies through our pages.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Advertising — Google AdSense
We use Google AdSense to show ads on this site. Please note the following:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google\u2019s use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and other sites.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor\u2019s use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.
- Where required by law (for example in the EEA and the UK), we obtain your consent before advertising cookies are used, through a consent management tool.
- Google\u2019s advertising requirements can be found in Google\u2019s Advertising Principles.
4. Embedded third-party games
Games are delivered as embedded HTML5 applications. Some games are provided by third-party game distributors, and their code may set its own cookies or collect anonymous usage data (for example gameplay progress stored locally in your browser). Such data is governed by the respective provider\u2019s privacy policy and is not collected by us.
5. Children\u2019s privacy
The site is a general-audience games portal. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your rights and choices
- You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings (functional cookies may affect language settings only).
- If you are in the EEA/UK, under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
- To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. Because we do not maintain user accounts, we do not hold profile databases of personal data.
7. Data retention and security
Server logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect the site; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our practices change (for example when advertising is enabled or disabled). The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
