Sky Isles Flight Simulator è un gioco di aerei in 3D ambientato su una catena di isole tropicali. Avvia il motore, procedi in taxi verso la pista, decolla e vola da un piccolo aereo da addestramento fino a un grande aereo di linea passeggeri. Ogni volo finisce sempre allo stesso modo: devi atterrare da solo.
